Lotus Engineering is a in house machining facility, started
in the year 1989 in a 10X10 sqft area with a Lathe machine.
Today after 3 decades passed, with utmost hard work and
continuous research and Development along with dedicated
team we are catering Earthmoving, Automobile, Construction,
and mining division associated with many renowned OEM
customers like TATA HITACHI, KOBELCO and TAFE.
2002
Hitech Engineering came into existence in year 2002, From
last 30 years this unit is specially dedicated to serve
elevator industry with specialised assembly and machine shop
to manufacture all set of parts such as traction geared
machine, gearless motors, OSG Kit, all types of casting
pulleys (from 200mm to 1200mm) and Belt driver pulleys.
Catering OTIS INDIA from last 3 decades supplied almost
1,00,000 machines and countless number of parts for the
service sector gives us an immense position in the market.
2002
JD Ferro cast is a foundry unit of the group started in the year 2002 which is now been upgraded and modernized to make it more compatible and stiffer to cater the global slandered market. This foundry resolves the global issue of batch quantity shortage, with utmost atomization and process of quality checks starting with sand testing to final inspection checks make it one of its kind. With the process of No bake/CO2 It has an annual capacity of 10,000Mt, casting varies from 40Kg to 700Kg as per customer requirements.
